Sales-call led

Every sale, traced to the ad that booked the call. Counted in cash collected

Atlas joins the ad click, the application, the booking, the setter's call, the closer's call and every Stripe payment into one buyer, so you can see which ads book calls that end in cash.

We'll match your five latest sales to the ads that made them, or you don't pay.

A board of the calls booked for Tuesday, April 14, each with the ad that brought the lead and the setter who booked them with a closer. Your funnel

Every no-show and every unpaid close, counted by person

Build each stage from events your tools already record: the booking in iClosed or Calendly, the call and the deal status in Close or HubSpot, the payment in Stripe. Atlas counts people, so a lead who rebooked twice still counts once, and marks the drops that cost you a sale.

A five-stage funnel over the last 30 days: 138 people booked a call, 96 showed, 68 qualified, 31 closed and 26 paid. 42 did not show, 37 qualified without buying and 5 closed without paying.

Where it leaks

Credit goes wrong between the booking and the cash

  1. Your ads get credit for calls that never happen

Ad reports stop at the booking, so an ad that fills the calendar with no-shows can look like your best one.

Atlas ties each booking to the application and the ad click before it, and your funnel counts who showed.

  2. The setter did the work, and the closer got the credit

Your CRM puts the deal under the closer's name, so the setter call that qualified the buyer never sits next to the revenue.

Atlas puts every call from Close or HubSpot on the buyer's trail, the setter's call before the closer's.

  3. Closed deals get counted in full before the cash arrives

On a payment plan the CRM records the whole amount the day it closes, so a failed second payment never changes the number.

Atlas joins every Stripe payment, refund and failed payment to the buyer, so you see the cash collected.

Questions

What sales-call businesses ask us

  • Yes. Atlas connects to iClosed or Calendly for bookings and to Close or HubSpot for calls and deals. A booking carries the lead's email, so Keyring joins it to their calls and Stripe payments automatically. If they applied on your Typeform first, the visitor ID in its hidden field joins their earlier ad clicks to the same buyer.
