For the head of sales

See which reps bring in the cash. Down to the last plan payment

Atlas ranks your closers by the cash Stripe collected on their deals, and your setters by the calls they booked that showed and paid. Every figure comes from each buyer's record, where every call sits under the rep who made it.

We'll match your five latest sales to the ads that made them, or you don't pay.

A sales leaderboard for September in two tabs, as the month's numbers land a week at a time. Closers are ranked by cash collected: Tessa leads with 34 calls booked, 26 showed, 11 closed and $57,500 collected. Ingrid is second with 9 closed and $48,300, Malik third with 10 closed and $46,000, and Rafael fourth with 6 closed and $27,600. Setters are ranked by the calls they booked that showed and paid: Keiko leads with 12 of her 29 bookings paid, then Dario with 9 of 31, Wes with 8 of 38, the most booked, and Noor with 7 of 24. Across the team 122 calls were booked, 90 showed, 36 closed and $179,400 was collected.

The answers

What your sales meeting argues about, answered from each buyer's record

  • Which lead sources close, and which only book calls?

TodayThe source on each deal is whatever a setter picked from a dropdown on the call.

In AtlasEach held call and close sits on the buyer's trail behind the ad, video or email that brought them in, so showed and closed add up by source.

  • Which setter's bookings actually show up?

TodayShow rate gets counted per closer, so nobody sees which setter keeps booking no-shows.

In AtlasEvery call carries the setter who booked it, so the leaderboard ranks setters by the calls they booked that showed and paid, beside each one's show rate.

  • Who missed a call, and did anyone follow up?

TodayNo-shows live in each closer's calendar notes, and the follow-up texts live in each setter's inbox.

In AtlasActivity combines the calls, emails, SMS and meetings your team logs, so you can see who has heard nothing since a missed call.

  • Which closer's plan deals are behind on payments?

TodayFailed charges sit in Stripe, where nobody on the sales team looks until finance asks.

In AtlasPayment Failures lists each charge that didn't go through, and why. Each one joins its buyer, whose record shows the closer who sold the plan.

Lead source to cash

See what each lead source pays for a booked call, and what those calls collect

Atlas imports each ad's spend from Meta and Google Ads, and every booking, close and Stripe payment sits on the buyer's trail behind the ad, video or search that started it. So each source shows what a booked call cost and what its calls collected. Ask for this report in plain words over MCP, or build it into a page your team opens on Monday.

  • Cost per booked callEach ad's spend from Meta or Google Ads is divided by the calls it booked.
  • ROAS on collected cashROAS divides the cash Stripe took by the spend, so a failed plan payment stays out of it.
  • Organic sources tooA YouTube video that books calls gets its own row beside the paid ads, with no spend against it.

A report of four lead sources for September, each with its ad spend, the calls it booked, what a booked call cost, the cash collected and the ROAS on that cash, ranked by ROAS. The Meta ad Costing quiz spent $13,800 and booked 46 calls at $300 each, which collected $89,700, a ROAS of 6.5. The Meta ad Crew of one booked the cheapest calls, 27 at $210 each on $5,670 of spend, which collected $29,900, a ROAS of 5.3. Google search for Trade coaching spent $10,920 on 28 calls at $390 each, which collected $18,400, a ROAS of 1.7. The YouTube video Pricing a job is organic, with no spend, and its 21 calls collected $41,400. Together the four sources booked 122 calls and collected $179,400, on $30,390 of ad spend.

Your Monday

Walk into the Monday sales meeting with every deal already traced

Today

  • Someone pulls show and close rates out of Close and Calendly into a spreadsheet before the meeting
  • No-shows get tallied from each closer's calendar, and nobody can say who was called back
  • A deal on a payment plan counts in full until someone spots the failed charge in Stripe

With Atlas

  • The leaderboard ranks each closer by the cash Stripe collected and each setter by the calls that showed and paid
  • Ask Claude which no-shows have had no call or text since, and get the names
  • Each deal shows what Stripe has collected, and a failed charge joins the buyer it belongs to
Who worked the deal

Every deal shows who set it, who closed it and what has been collected

The booking from Calendly and every call from Close land on the buyer's trail under the rep they belong to, between the first ad click and the latest Stripe payment. When a plan payment fails, it shows on the same deal, and so does the retry that collected it.

  • Setter and closer, each namedThe setter's call sits before the closer's, each under the rep who made it.
  • Failed payments stay on the dealA plan charge that didn't go through shows on its buyer, with the reason Stripe gave.

One deal's trail in order. Hector B. clicked the Crew of one ad on Meta on September 8 and took the job costing quiz, which carried his visitor ID in a hidden field. On September 9 Wes set him on a call and booked him a call with Malik in Calendly. Malik closed him on September 11 on a $6,900 plan paid in three parts, and he paid $2,300 that day. His second payment failed on October 11 for insufficient funds and went through on a retry on October 14, so $4,600 of the $6,900 has been collected.

Questions

What heads of sales ask us

  • No. Funnels count people, so one lead with three bookings is one person at the booked stage. Their trail still lists all three bookings and the calls they missed, in order.

Settle Monday's close-rate argument with your own deals

On the setup call we connect your CRM, scheduler and Stripe, then match your five latest sales to the ads that made them.
