How a Meta Ads record finds its buyer
- 1Keep the click IDThe Atlas pixel keeps the fbclid from each Meta ad visit and remembers the first touch for 90 days. A buyer who clicked three ads carries all three.
- 2Join the visitor to the buyerWhen the visitor sends a form carrying their visitor ID, the ad clicks join the person, and their bookings, calls and payments join them on the same email.
- 3Set spend beside cashROAS is the cash collected divided by the ad's spend, and cost per booked call is the spend divided by the calls it booked.
- 4Send the sale backWhen the payment lands in Stripe, Atlas sends the sale to Meta as a conversion, matched on the fbclid, so Meta learns from the buyers who paid.
What it feeds
- Every ad ranked by cash: ROAS on the cash Stripe took, so a failed plan payment stays out of it, beside Meta's cost per lead.
- Which ads make money: The ads behind your revenue, from the first click to the payment.
- Client ROAS on cash collected: Each campaign's spend beside the cash the client collected in Stripe.
Questions
What does Atlas read from Meta Ads?
Each ad's spend, impressions, clicks and leads. The Atlas pixel on your site catches the fbclid on each ad visit.
Does Meta learn which leads turned into paid sales?
Yes. Atlas sends the sales it tracked back to Meta as conversions, matched to the click, the day the payment lands.
Can I see what a booked call costs from each ad?
Yes. Each ad's spend from Meta is divided by the calls it booked, beside what those calls collected.
Which ad gets the credit when Meta and Google both claim a sale?
Atlas scores every sale under six attribution models at once, from first click to data-driven. Report on the one your team agreed on, and keep the others open.
