What Atlas reads from Close
| Data | Details |
|---|---|
| Leads and contacts | Your leads and the contacts on them, with the emails Keyring joins on. |
| Calls | Every dial and meeting, under the rep who made it, setter or closer. |
| Activity | Calls, emails, SMS and meetings in one list, so a lead who has heard nothing since a missed call shows up. |
| Lead status changes | Each status change, in the order your team made it. |
| Opportunities | Your deals: what's in play and who owns it. |
How a Close record finds its buyer
- 1Import the full historyOn the setup call Atlas brings in your whole Close history; webhooks keep it current after that.
- 2Join on strong IDsAn email is a strong ID, so each lead joins its buyer automatically. A weak match, like a phone number, waits for a person to approve it.
- 3Put each call under its repThe setter's call sits before the closer's, each under the rep who made it, so the call that qualified the buyer sits next to the revenue.
- 4Run the trail from ad to paymentPaper Trail lays out the buyer's path from the first ad click, through each call in Close, to the Stripe payment, and credits the sale under six attribution models.
What it feeds
- Reps ranked by cash collected: A leaderboard of who brought the money in, with setters ranked by the calls they booked that showed and paid.
- Sources that close: Showed and closed, added up by the ad, video or email that brought each buyer in.
- One customer, every call: Customer Detail shows every call, email, SMS and meeting with a buyer, joined from Close and your other tools.
Questions
Which lead sources close, and which only book calls?
Each held call and close sits on the buyer's trail behind the ad, video or email that brought them in, so showed and closed add up by source.
Does the setter get credit, or only the closer?
Both. Every call carries the rep who made it, so the setter's call sits before the closer's, and the leaderboard ranks setters by the calls they booked that showed and paid.
Do my setters and closers have to change how they log calls?
No. Atlas imports the full history of the calls and deals they already log in Close, so the team keeps working the way it does now.
