What Atlas reads from Calendly
| Data | Details |
|---|---|
| Bookings | Every call booked in Calendly, from your full history. |
| Invitee email | The email on each booking: the strong ID Keyring joins on. |
| Booked calls by rep | Each booking under the rep it belongs to, beside the calls in your CRM. |
How a Calendly record finds its buyer
- 1Import the full historyOn the setup call Atlas brings in your Calendly history; webhooks keep it current after that.
- 2Join on the emailThe email is a strong ID, so each booking joins its buyer, with their calls and Stripe payments, automatically.
- 3Carry the ad click through a formCalendly does not carry the visitor ID. Ask for the email in a Typeform first, with the visitor ID as a hidden field, and the earlier visits, ad click included, join the same person.
What it feeds
- Bookings counted by person: Your funnel counts who showed and who paid, by person, so a lead who rebooked twice still counts once.
- Reps ranked by cash collected: Each booking lands under the rep it belongs to, on a leaderboard of who brought the money in.
- Demos on the trail: The demo booked in Calendly as a stage in your funnel, between the ad click and the first payment.
Limits
- Calendly does not carry the Atlas visitor ID, so a booking on its own can't join the visits before it. A Typeform first, with the visitor ID as a hidden field, carries the ad click.
Questions
What does Atlas read from Calendly?
Your bookings and the email on each, from your full history, kept current by webhook after the first import.
Which of my ads book no-shows?
Each booking joins the calls and payments that came after it, by person, so an ad's bookings sit beside the ones that showed and paid.
Most of our buyers book through Calendly. Does their ad click still count?
Calendly does not carry the visitor ID, so a booking on its own can't join the visits before it. Ask for the email in a Typeform first, with the visitor ID as a hidden field, and the booking joins them on the same email.
